You gotta check this out (look for the rider clad in gray and black; it’s our favorite Hefty rider). I’ve had the song “Super Bon Bon” by Soul-Coughing in my head for days now.

So, who’s with me? You can learn about the local cross action at nccross, and you can learn how to cross at the Cyclocross Fun Racer in Salisbury September 30 which kicks off the Fall Cross Calendar. After a hiatus, competition begins October 21 in Raleigh.
